At Red House Foods we have three main areas of manufacturing expertise – coating and frying and pizza production.
We have the capability to breadcrumb coat and fry chicken, fish or vegetables, and can guarantee that our products are gluten and milk free as well as certified Vegetarian or Vegan if required. We can coat whole muscle chicken or fish as well as chopping, mixing and forming ingredients for more variety.
The pizza manufacturing line can produce a selection of plain pizza base sizes as well as fully topped, to your specification.
We also manufacture individually quick frozen dough pucks which can be defrosted, proved and baked on your own premises.
