Due to the nature of our products, food safety is at the heart of everything we do at Red House Foods. Our team receive food safety and allergen awareness training during their Induction. Our Supervisors and Managers have successfully completed external Food Safety and HACCP training, and are fully supported by a passionate and knowledgeable Technical team.
We meticulously research our raw materials, before approving them for use. Once on site, any allergenic raw materials are securely stored away from other ingredients. Manufacturing only takes place after thorough cleaning each night, by our experienced Hygiene team, in accordance with fully validated cleaning instructions, with the cleaning standard independently verified before re-starting production. Our products are made following strict recipes, under-pinned by a robust traceability system, to ensure they meet the safety, legal and quality standards demanded by our customers. This is supported by a rigorous finished product testing programme, consisting of allergenic, microbiological and organoleptic assessment, before we release our products to our customers.
